Aisen Achieves Commercial Breakthrough with Microcapsule Retinol & Copper Peptide Lines

Guangzhou, China – Aisen Biotechnology Co., Ltd., an OEM skincare manufacturer with over 20 years of experience in formulation R&D, announced today that its proprietary microencapsulation technology has been successfully commercialised. Following years of research, development and pilot-scale testing, the company has now commenced full-scale production of its microencapsulated retinol and copper peptide product lines. The company has successfully fulfilled multiple commercial orders for a number of international skincare partners, marking a significant milestone in the transformation of laboratory innovations into market-ready solutions.

 

 

This microencapsulation system originates from a research platform led by our company’s PhD-led team. It encapsulates retinol and copper peptides within lipid microspheres ranging from 1 to 500 micrometres in size. These microspheres remain stable during storage, rupturing only upon application to gradually release the active ingredients. This controlled-release design minimises irritation whilst maintaining full efficacy, thereby addressing the two main shortcomings of traditional retinol products. Internal testing of the retinol microsphere serum revealed that none of the users experienced any irritation; 98.21% of users saw an improvement in fine lines, and 96.97% experienced a significant enhancement in skin barrier function after four weeks of use.

 

 

Both the retinol and copper peptide ranges are fully customisable: active ingredient concentrations (0.2%–1% for retinol; adjustable concentrations for copper peptides), combinations of synergistic active ingredients (niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, peptides) and private-label packaging. We offer low minimum order quantities (1000 units per SKU) and a 15-day sample delivery service to support brands of all sizes.
